Here's how we handle your data and protect your privacy

Camera Is Never Used

This system only uses the microphone for voice input. Your camera will never be activated. Your appearance and images will never be recorded, transmitted, or stored. You can use this service with complete peace of mind.

Temporary Data Processing Principle

We follow the principle of "minimal data, immediate deletion." Voice recordings are permanently deleted from the server immediately after being converted to text. No audio copies are retained. Temporary data from AI processing is also cleared immediately after processing is complete.

Microphone Usage

When you press the record button, the system captures your voice response through the microphone. The recording is immediately sent to the server for Speech-to-Text processing. Once conversion is complete, the audio file is immediately deleted and never permanently stored. Only the converted text is saved as part of your interview conversation record.

Voice Recordings Immediately Destroyed

Your voice recordings are permanently deleted from all servers immediately after Speech-to-Text processing is complete. We do not retain, backup, or archive any audio data. Even system administrators cannot access deleted recordings. This process is fully automatic and requires no user action.

Data Storage

We only store the following essential data:

  • •Account info: Your name and email address (obtained via OAuth login; we never store your password)
  • •Resume data: Education, work experience, skills you voluntarily enter (you can delete anytime; auto-deleted after 90 days of inactivity)
  • •Interview records: Text conversation logs and AI scoring reports (text only, no audio stored)

  • •All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
  • •OAuth 2.0 secure authentication — your password is never stored
  • •Sessions use JWT Token with encrypted signatures
  • •Database connections use TLS/SSL encryption
  • •Voice recordings are never permanently stored — deleted immediately after processing
  • •Payments processed securely by Stripe — we never access your credit card details

AI Data Usage

Your conversation content is sent to an AI language model for processing to generate interviewer responses and scoring reports. Your conversations are not used to train AI models. After AI processing, only text results are saved to your account. Temporary data from AI processing is cleared immediately after completion.

Recommendations: Protect Your Personal Data

While interview practice requires some personal background information to be effective, we recommend:

  • !Do not provide ID numbers, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information
  • !Do not share your home address, phone number, or other contact details
  • !Use general descriptions instead of specific company names in your resume (e.g., "a large tech company")
  • !Use a nickname or abbreviation instead of your real name during practice

Data Retention Periods

Right to Data Deletion

You can delete your interview records and resume data at any time. If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team. We will complete permanent deletion of all data, including backups, within 30 days of receiving your request.
